Discovery Meeting & Site Visit

I begin with a deep dive into your world, an in-person site visit where I explore the space, capture photos, and talk story about how you live and what you dream of. Pinterest boards, mood pics, magazine clippings, bring it all! From here, I define the scope and craft a custom proposal (or plug into one of my preset packages if that’s a better fit).

Design Concept

Next, I shape the soul of your space. After chatting through your style, preferences, and must-haves, I take precise measurements, create thoughtful layout options, and present a mood board + concept that captures the vibe. This is where creativity meets clarity, tweaks welcome, and then I’m off and running.

Budget Development

I believe in designing with both inspiration and intention. Whether you’ve got a number in mind or need help building a realistic budget, I’ll guide you through it. Together, I’ll review and refine every line item. Especially helpful for Furniture Packages, where selections can shift costs in meaningful ways.

Construction Drawings & Selections

This is where design becomes blueprint. For renovations or custom builds, I create detailed drawings for bids and execution. I also finalize selections: furniture, fixtures, finishes, and all the juicy details, to make the vision a reality. Think of it as setting the stage for your space’s transformation.

Project Management & Procurement

Once the crew is ready to roll, I stay close, coordinating with contractors, placing orders, tracking deliveries, and troubleshooting behind the scenes. While walls go up and tile goes down, I’m making sure it all aligns, flows, and stays beautifully on track.
